Cher’s 19th birthday is coming up on July 28th, and I want to get her a special gift from her USA Brats!

Make a short video (10 seconds max) of yourself wishing Cher a HAPPY BIRTHDAY, and upload it to YouTube. Submit the link to ChersBrats.com (click SUBMIT on the left-hand side) or post it on Twitter with with the #HappyBdayCherVideo hashtag by Wednesday, July 25th, and I’ll compile as many as I can into one amazing video for our girl on her birthday.
