Love it, Cher Bear is making new gal pals in the U.S.!! Our girl made an appearance at Billboard’s Women In Music event last weekend, where she honored the Woman of the Year, Katy Perry, with an acoustic cover of Katy’s own “E.T.,” along with her own hit single, “Want U Back.” “Congratulations @katyperry on winning @billboard Women of the year!!! Had such a great time performing for katyperry!!! Such an amazing artist!!!xxx(:,” Cher said via Twitter. Cher also made friends with this year’s Rising Star, Carly Rae Jepsen:
